Hello Everyone!

I hope you are all enjoying our Lee family website.
 Our wish was to bring you not just the average genealogy website,
but a family experience of a unique kind,
a Family website! 
We wish to bring to you all of the information
 about the history and the lives of our Lee ancestors
 and how much they have contributed to our Country, the World
 and every one of us still to this day. 
We wish to bring you a new found inspiration of pride
and hopefully the answers to your questions or confusion. 
We wish to bring you tools for your research
and family connections, as in our Lee Family Forum,
where you can request or post information,
meet other Lee family members,
discuss important issues or concerns
and personal touches such as reunion postings,
special family announcements and prayer requests. 
Our goal is to be a United Lee Family
 for that is exactly what we are and was meant to be,
to bridge the gap of the generations of separation
and unite us all once again as family descendants of the Lee of Virginia,
Col. Richard Lee and Anne Constable his wife,
not just the "main line"  currently recognized
by certain entities and historians,
but our entire Lee line originating from Richard and Anne as it should be.

And our family website is free
for our Lee family heritage was freely given to us,
and that cost was paid by our ancestors in the
past ...

Yet -
 to continue our efforts to expand and grow,
we desperately need your help! 
Your contributions are critical for our future growth
and obtainment of our goals and projects. 

We have formed our
United Lees of America Family Foundation
to protect each and everyone of us as we share documentation,
as discoveries are made and history is uncovered. 
Without this protection
all of our efforts could one day be censored
also as has much of our Lee history is currently undisclosed. 
Imagine our personal genealogy information
being confiscated for evaluation by individuals
who disagree with our unity or our documented proof -
your own family tree or GEDCOM was to become property
of an entity that claims a right over all Lee family material...
this has happened in the past, is happening now
 and can happen again!

Through our Lee family foundation
we all can make a difference together for the future
by preserving our family historical artifacts,
restoring our family members cemetery plots
and by educating the public fully who we are
and who are ancestors were and
the contributions they have made historically. 
Our royal peerage of our Lee linage itself
has a profound effect on today's history
and how our Lee history has been reported in the past. 
We wish to disspell the myths,
the denial of lineages by collecting and presenting
 the legal documentation and thus proving
the truth's behind the history of our ancestors
and unifying our lineages.  

And there is so much more information for me to share with all of you!
Remember - We have only begun!

Each and everyday it is amazing to see
the numbers of individuals added to our family tree, so many of our family making contact and sharing information unlike ever before - and we have only just begun - since January 1st, 2007 - just think what the future can bring!

But we are at a critical point of moving forward ...

With the proceeds from the donations
made to the United Lees of America Family Foundation,
we wish to increase our manpower
for as genealogical information is collected -
the data entry is needed to add each and every family member
into the largest Lee lineage collection known historically -
 we need to increase our manpower
to aid in each and every individual family request for research and information -
as we grow, the personal search requests surmount from our
family members as we feel the importance of providing the access
to this information to each and everyone of you crucially important
in recognizing individuals as part of the Lees of Virginia line and we wish to always be able to provide this service for free - but it does require time,
available resources and manpower -
otherwise we are becoming back logged with requests
which is defeating our purpose and poses frustration for those who
are seeking identification and verification of
immediate family members, 
we need to provide  funding to maintain and match the growth
 our our family outreach via the internet -
to meet the monetary requirements of the financial
overhead involved...
and most of all -
without funding we will be unable to acquire
the authentic  historical documentation,
the historical artifacts,
to restore and preserve Lee family built residences , churches
and family cemeteries that have fallen in disrepair,
 or be able to provide maintenance of Lee family members burial sites.

The Bible states clearly -
"A House Divided Cannot Stand..." -
just as we believe in United We Stand,
Divided We Fall ...
to be a united Lee family
We must be All for each other,
and each other for All.
