United Lees of America Family Foundation, Inc., is a Domestic Non-Profit Corporation organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The specific purposes for which this corporation is organized are: Restoration and Preservation of American History for Educational purposes. The Protection, Preservation, Acquisition and Restoration of Historical Artifacts or Landmarks related to the Ancestral Heritage of Descendants of Col. Richard Lee and Ann Constable. To Aid in the Distribution and Research of Genealogical Material Relating to the Descendants of Col. Richard Lee and Ann Constable. To Aid in the Unification and Recognition of All Descendants and Lineages there of connected to the Descendants of Col. Richard Lee and Ann Constable. To Aid in the Acquisition of Historical Landmarks pertaining to the Heritage for Restoration and Preservation purposes. To Aid in the Maintenance and Restoration of burial plots, cemeteries and markers of the Ancestors and Descendants of Col. Richard Lee and Ann Constable. To Aid in the Research and Distribution of Documentation in regards to the Origins pertaining to the Ancestry of Col. Richard Lee and Ann Constable including and not limited to the Peerage, Nobility and Heraldry of the United Kingdom. For the Maintenance of the Lee Family Genealogy Website known as www.leesofvirginia.com. For the Research, Collaboration and Distribution of Publishings known as and not limited to the "Lost Descendants" E-book and Quarterly Newsletter pertaining to the Lee Family Website know as www.leesofvirginia.com. To Aid Lee family members in their personal genealogy research by providing accessible information, documentation or assistance in acquiring data and material. To Aid in promoting a positive outreach to Lee Family Members and internet tools for public accessibility and networking. For the purposes of acquiring historical documentation, artifacts and landmarks for archiving, protection and preservation for future public reference. For purposes of promoting Patriotism, Pride in the Lee family heritage and Americanism. To Aid in assisting the recounting historical facts and preservation of historical documentation in context surrounding the Lee Family Descendants and ancestry for public knowledge.
There will be no membership requirements.
No part of the net earnings of this corporation shall inure to the benefit of, or be distributable to, its members, directors, officers, or other private persons, except that that this corporation shall be authorized and empowered to pay reasonable compensation for services rendered and to make payments and distributions in furtherance of the purposes set forth in the articles as mentioned above.

To embrace the truth of the historic documentation surrounding Our Lee Family lineage and to educate the public, and each other with this knowledge, to preserve the context of the History surrounding Our heritage for Our future generations and descendants to come. To provide a ways and means of publicly promoting and distributing these ideas, concepts and historical documentation. To expand Our knowledge and outreach to each other and all Lee family members, to promote unity and acknowledgment of all Lee lines descending from Col. Richard Lee and Ann Constable."
